Dear Lincoln Glen Parents:

Thanks to the hard work of our Player Agent and the Vice Presidents of each division, you should be receiving an email shortly from SportsConnect (our new online registration portal) notifying you that your player has been drafted/assigned to a team.

Registration will also look a little different this year as we have adopted a new registration portal so that the entire registration process can be completed online.  We no longer have in person Verification nights and all Volunteer applications can be completed online through SportsConnect.

Before your player can attend a practice, we ask that you log back into SportsConnect and complete the registration process.

All registrations must be completed online as there will not be a scheduled walk-in registration or Verification nights. Please email the registrar [email protected], if there is some reason you cannot register online. Our goal is to make the process of registering your child(ren) as smooth and easy as possible by offering a complete online registration process.
 
With Online Registration (OLR) You Will Be Able To:

• Register your child(ren) in one swift registration process, including uploading all your verification documents. Complete your volunteer application and upload a copy of your driver’s license for your background check through JDP.
• Sign up to volunteer as well as participate in fundraising all online.
• Create an online account which will save your data season to season so you will not have to continue to re-write/re-type your info each year.
• Pay with your credit card.
• Check your child’s registration status by logging into your account.
• Register at your own convenience. OLR is available 24/7 on our website so you can register after work, from work, on vacation, late at night or early in the morning!

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE WITH REGISTRATION
Before you continue to proceed with online registration, please take a moment to reference our Lincoln Glen boundary map. Please visit the Lincoln Glen Little League website (lincolnglenbaseball.com) to view the map and verify that you live within our league boundaries or your child attends a school within our boundaries.

Lincoln Glen Little League is offering 5 divisions for the Spring 2021 season. Divisions Ages Fee*  
 
T-ball 4-6 years $175.00    
Farm 7-8 years $300.00    
Minors/Majors 9-12 years $300.00    
Juniors 13-14 years $300.00  
 

NOTE: Players must be a minimum of 4 years old as of August 31, 2021 in order to register, no exceptions.

REFUND POLICY: The registration fee will be non-refundable.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS Little League is an All-Volunteer organization and is dependent upon parents willing to volunteer to make our league work and become stronger. Within this registration process, you will have opportunities to volunteer for different positions and activities that need to be filled.

2021 VOLUNTEER POLICY:  Due to COVID protocols, we will not have a volunteer requirement this year.  However, all managers, coaches, Board members, umpires and team parents will be required to complete a Volunteer application and Background check and comply with Santa Clara County COVID protocols.  

Little League International annually requires all volunteers to complete a Little League Volunteer Application and provide a clear copy of their California driver’s license.  This will be collected through the SportsConnect protocol and your background check will be processed through JDP.  To ensure that we keep our children safe, Little League International requires that we complete this process each year, so all volunteers must re-apply each year.

PLEASE PRINT OFF ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Medical release form) PRIOR TO PRINTING YOUR RECEIPT. STEPS FOR UPDATING REGISTRATION
1. Go back into your player registration and insert emergency contact information.

2. Upload all documents to verify the player information.

3.  What you will need:

• A. Clear copy of volunteer’s driver’s license 

• B. Player’s "original certified copy" of their birth certificate 

• C. 3 proofs of residency (Must be one from each category below) dated between February 1,      2020 and January 31, 2021.

• i. insurance documents, employment records, vehicle registration or lease, school records

• ii. federal records, homeowner or rental records, military records, state records (driver’s license), federal records

• iii. utility bill, voter registration, financial record, medical records

As of right now, we are targeting April 3, 2021 as Opening Day!!!

We are looking forward to another exciting and trailblazing year (although it might look a little different due to COVID) of little league baseball serving youth of the Willow Glen area since 1954.
