The Snack Shack Business Director is a voting member of the Lincoln Glen Little League and is expected to attend a majority of the board meetings.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Snack Shack Business Director shall:
1. Develop and execute an efficient supply plan for all Snack Shack offerings. This would include vendor selection and delivery coordination.
2. Work with Concessions Director to assess any equipment needs. Coordinate with Board of Directors on approval and fulfillment.
3. Coordinate with Vice President on any building related maintenance that requires city support.
4. Generate marketing campaigns to drive activity to the Snack Shack
5. Work with Treasurer on menu, pricing and voucher management.
Time Commitment:
1. 10 monthly board meetings of approximately 2 hours per meeting
2. 2-3 hours weekly of snack shack operations (supply management)
