The Snack Shack Concessions Director is a voting member of the Lincoln Glen Little League and is expected to attend a majority of the board meetings.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Snack Shack Concessions Director shall:

1. Work with the Volunteer Officer, Team Parent Director and Division VPs to ensure sufficient staffing of the snack shack for daily operation (open to close)

2. Develop and communicate a training plan for all volunteers to enable self sufficient operations.

3. Act as primary example of proper snack shack daily operations; maintain an operations manual and ensure a standard of operation that allows a season long successful operation.

4. Communicate needs for supplies and other matters to Snack Shack business manager.

5. Lead volunteers that help open/close snack shack as ‘Snack Shack managers’

Time Commitment:

1.       10 monthly board meetings of approximately 2 hours per meeting

2.     2-3 hours weekly of snack shack operations (emails and communications to volunteers)
