The VP of Majors is a voting member of the Lincoln Glen Little League and is expected to attend a majority of the board meetings.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The VP Majors shall:

1. Manage any issues/conflicts with parents, players or managers.

2. Ensure the major league teams have equal practice time, are issued proper equipment, fair selection process for the teams.

3. Understand the rules both local and little league versions.

4. Understand the All-Star selection process and make it known to the teams that the players will respect the game of baseball, the league officials, umpires and other players.

5. Issue uniforms and collect them back.

6. Manage the Playoff selection process, the playoff tournament and issue the end of season trophies and participation awards.

7. Collection of all volunteer forms for every team and deliver to President.

8. Insure all Team Managers, Coaches and Team Parents are registered as a volunteer online.

9. Insure all code of conduct and medical release forms have been collected by each Team Manager in division.

Time Commitment:

1. 10 monthly board meetings of approximately 2 hours per meeting.
