VP Operations - Roles & Responsibilities

The Vice President of League Operations is a voting member of the Lincoln Glen Little League and is expected to attend a majority of the board meetings.


The Vice President shall:

1. Perform the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the President, provided he or she is authorized by the President or Board to so act. When so acting, the Vice President shall have all the powers of that office.

2. Assist the President with conducting the affairs of the Local League and assist with executing policies established by the Board of Directors.

3. Provide assistance to the President with the day to day running of the league.

4. Assist the President with any other tasks that are deemed necessary.

Time Commitment:

1. 10 monthly board meetings of approximately 2 hours per meeting.
